The Home buying process
When your offer has been accepted by the vendor you then instruct a Solicitor. Your appointed Solicitor will send you a letter of engagement.
They will ask for 2 forms of identification for each named buyer.
The instructed solicitor will also send a letter to the seller's solicitors confirming that they are acting for you and request they provide a draft sale contract and contract package for you buying the house.
