The Homebuyers Conveyancing panel Solicitors are available to help both Homeowners, First Time Buyers and Investors with their specific property transaction.

Homebuyers - Property Solicitors Finder. Moving House, Buying, Selling or Remortgaging.

Homebuyers go online and use comparison sites every day to compare their home expenditure. Energy, broadband and now they can use the nationwide conveyancing calculator. In just one search they can compare by price, location and by Mortgage Lender Solicitors fees without entering any personal details. Moving Conveyancers costs vary across the country. If a 1 bedroom apartment is cheaper in Doncaster than say Cardiff then the Solicitor based in Doncaster will be cheaper.

Customer Service and Price

The Homebuyer members are regulated by the SRA. You may need a Local Conveyancer, or if you are working to a tight budget a cheaper conveyance quote would help you to stay on track with your moving costs. Using the fast Homebuyers calculator you can find recommended Solicitors that provide a cheap solution together with that much needed Customer Service.

Fixed Fee Lawyers

The Homebuyer panel focus on Customer Service and provide quotes for a sale, purchase or remortgage. No hidden surprises, as all quotes fully detail the legal fees and disbursements. To add to your search for the best value Solicitor we provide you the tools to calculate your moving house legals without entering any personal details. No unwanted phone calls just a simple conveyancing solution to get you moving on time and on budget.

Customer Charter

The Homebuyer panel has over 120 members that have all signed up to a Customer Charter. We know the available capacity for each Lawyer and once this capacity has been met we turn them off automatically. This is very important as quality of service is dependent on not having an over supply of work, that the Solicitor is unable to manage successfully from the Homebuyers offer to completion.

Looking Forward to Moving House?

Moving house is an exciting time but it can be an anxious time. Initially Homebuyers are maybe sold on the dream but then they need to take stock and focus on the results of the Survey. A great Survey and you can move forward promptly.

What happens if it is a poor Survey?

The Homebuyer has a number of options. They can pull out and if they do they will need to search the property market for a replacement property and get ready to incur more purchase costs.  If they have taken out Exchange Insurance then they may be covered if they pulled out through no fault of their own. This is worthy of consideration and you can add Exchange Insurance.

Alternatively the Homebuyer will discuss with their lender the remaining options. The Seller may agree to carry out the remedial works. If this is the route taken then it is worth having a re inspection of the works by a RICS Chartered Surveyor. It could be that the Homebuyer has decided to carry out the works at their cost, and with that in mind, they will now use this to make a revised offer to the Seller. Please note that the Seller expects this as the first offer was 'Subject to Survey'. Some Lenders will hold monies back on the loan, which is called a retention until the remedial works have been carried out and a re inspection has verified that the works meet the RICS standard.

Homebuyers and Investors

If you are moving house, remortgaging or buying a buy to let investment then it pays to compare Solicitors.
