If you are buying a New Build property, then we use a new build search pack which is considerably cheaper than the resale comprehensive search pack. The savings are passed to you as our calculator automatically uses the New Build Search pack if you have ticked the box that says Buying a New Build.

Try and get your updates Mon - Thurs and then if you are moving on a friday then of course that day is allocated to you.
