On instruction your Property Lawyer will send out a Client care pack and terms of engagement.

Please read before signing.

Don't forget if you are required to pay Stamp Duty Land Tax on your purchase property it will be noted within your summary.

Your SDLT is dependent on your final purchase price. Your Conveyancer will make you aware of your exact SDLT when the contracts are prepared and you have finalised all negotiations.

Your initial accepted offer is 'subject to survey' and the price finally agreed is dependent on the survey results.
