Budget Conveyancing

The conveyancing panel uses a search pack that covers all Counties in England and Wales. One price and your chosen Solicitor can order the searches from Onesearch Direct. Where experience matters. Additional searches such as mining may be recommended and this will be discussed with you.

Once you have done your homework and established an approximate conveyancing price you can then begin your property search. We do advise that you use a property checklist which clearly identifies, with budget costs, what your move, property transaction will cost. Try and instruct your Solicitor before offer acceptance stage.

Conveyancing Instruction

When you instruct a Solicitor to act for your conveyance you will be sent both terms of engagement and a Client care pack. On receipt please complete and return the appropriate documents promptly. Your Solicitor starts the process once they know that the terms are agreed.

The solicitor may ask for part monies up front to cover searches. Please do discuss this with them.
