To secure a property and make an offer binding you must get to exchange of contracts. Once this milestone is reached you can look forward to a conveyancing completion.

Online Conveyancing

If you are buying, selling or remortgaging UK residential property then review cheap quotes. You can filter your pricing by local, cheapest and by Mortgage Lender in just a few steps.

The Homebuyer calculator provides you with all the information to make an informed decision on who to instruct. You can of course use the system as a complete guide if you are not ready to instruct.

Buying, selling property is a big deal and pricing does vary, which is why we display transparent Homebuyer quotations. In your own time you can review accurate legal fees.

Typically you can use the conveyancing system to guide you through the maze of finding a Solicitor. We know that ideally you want a Local Solicitor that is on your Mortgage Lender approved panel.

Sometimes we have to compromise what we want as budget dictates that we must choose a Solicitor that is cheaper than our Local one.

We at Homebuyer can provide cheaper simply because the cheap Lawyer is based in a low cost of living area but still provides exceptional service.

The Homebuyer panel has over 120 members. Each member has signed up to the Customer Charter. The bottom line is service. You want to get to exchange as quick as is possible otherwise if you have struck a great deal you could be gazumped.

Remortgage Conveyancing

This month, April 2017, we are helping a record number of remortgage clients. A combination of Brexit and looming Interest rate rises is causing Homeowners to question if they should move, extend or remortgage to a lower interest rate.

Best Of Both Worlds

Cleverly you can remortgage and still move when the time is right. So why not get a remortgage conveyancing quote once you have contacted your Mortgage Broker to find out what is currently suitable for you in the mortgage market. Interest rates will rise.

New Build Conveyancing Choices

If you are buying a new build then the Developer will probably recommend a Solicitor. Sounds an easy route but is it impartial and is it the best deal for you!

With our system you can check online your New Build Conveyancing pricing and disbursements and compare with your Developer recommended Solicitor.

With all the leasehold issues now in the press it would seem prudent to choose your own Lawyer rather than use a Developer recommended Solicitor. Your Solicitor acting for you, will need to check out the terms and conditions of sale from the Developer.

Please note that we use a New Build Search pack that covers all Counties in England and Wales. If your Developer is asking that you meet strict deadlines then do discuss this prior to instructing a Lawyer to act for you.

Strict exchange of contracts time frames in a busy department may not be achievable.
