If you do go ahead with a New build then ask your Developer for a list of what is included. This will help you budget for any items that you may need to be installed before you move. A shed for instance can make such a difference to being organised.

If your chosen property is off-plan then look at the room layout. You maybe able to change the layout to suit your own personal requirements. You may decide to use a bedroom as a dressing room and you need a door put in between your bedroom. That's is easy to do so discuss this with your developer.
